100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
4 Oranges
40 grams black olives (pitted)

Preparation steps

1.

Slice the celery into small sticks. Blanch in boiling, salted water for 2 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain. 

2.

Peel the oranges, remove white pith, cut out the segments and dice. Squeeze the remaining pulp and mix the juice with the lemon juice, yogurt and grape seed oil. Toss the orange and celery pieces in the dressing, and divide among glasses or small bowls. Serve garnished with chopped olives.
