1 onion
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsps butter
peppers
75 grams Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, rinse, cut in half and cook for about 20-25 minutes in boiling salted water.

Rinse and trim chanterelles. Peel onion and dice. Heat oil in a large skillet and saute chanterelles vigorously. Add onion and briefly saute. Add butter and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Stir in creme fraiche and bring to a vigorous boil. Drain potatoes and serve with chanterelles. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
