- 6 slices Cheese (120 grams)
- 60 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- 100 grams cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 12 leaves Arugula
Preparation steps
1.
Cut each cheese slice in half lengthwise. Stir the sprouts into the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Spread mixture to the center of each cheese strip and roll up loosely. Fix each with one arugula leaf and a toothpick.
