Preparation steps

Mix the cornmeal with 1 teaspoon salt. Gradually about 300 ml (approximately 1-1/4 cup) of water and knead into a smooth dough. Divide and form into 4 balls and chill. After about 1 hour, roll out each ball and fry in a little oil 1-2 minutes on each side. Fill with sprouts, roll up and cut the rolls in half diagonally. Serve immediately with guacamole or spicy chili.
