Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, then rinse, peel and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic clove.

Rub the bread slices with the garlic and sprinkle with oregano. Mix the cheese and tomato with the oregano, season with salt and pepper and spread on the bread slices. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the slices of bread on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C or approximately 350°F).
