- 400 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- lemon juice
- 3 slices Pumpernickel bread
- 70 grams shelled Walnut
- 2 bunches Cress
- 100 grams Mayonnaise (from a tube or pastry bag)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the cream cheese with the cream until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon. Form the mixture into 22 balls.

Finely crumble the pumpernickel. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan. Let cool and finely chop. Roll half the balls in Pumpernickel and the other half in walnuts.
3.
Outline a soccer pitch using mayonnaise on a serving plate. Sprinkle the surface with cress. Place the pumpernickel balls on one side of the pitch and the walnut balls on the other side. Serve immediately.
