- 2 poppy seed Rolls (sliced in half)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices Tomatoes
- 1 cup Watercress
- 4 slices Bacon (cut in half)
Preparation steps
1.
Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on the bottom of one roll. Layer 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato, 1/2 cup of watercress, 4 pieces of bacon and another slice of cheese; add top of roll. Repeat process for second sandwich. Plate and serve.
