- 8 ozs Bacon (approximately 12 slices)
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- 8 slices Multigrain bread
- 1 handful Lettuce (rinsed; leaves separated and dried)
- 2 ripe Tomatoes (rinsed and sliced)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps

Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet, set over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well on absorbent paper towels.

Spread mayonnaise to taste on one side of each slice of bread. To assemble: arrange lettuce and tomato slices on top of the mayonnaise side of 4 slices of bread, followed by sliced bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with remaining bread slices, (mayonnaise side down). Secure sandwich with wooden picks and cut in half. Serve immediately.
