1 Tomato
8 slices Bacon
400 grams Ground beef

½ tsp dried oregano
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 slices aged Cheddar cheese
4 Ciabatta
4 Tbsps Ketchup
4 Tbsps Honey Mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse the tomato and cut into slices. Cook the bacon crispy in a frying pan and drain on paper towels.

Place the ground beef in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and oregano and knead well. Shape into 4 patties. Cook in a pan in hot oil on each side for 4-6 minutes. Top with the cheese and let melt.

3.

Cut the bread horizontally and spread with 1 tablespoon each ketchup and honey mustard. Stack on a burger, 2 bacon slices and tomatoes. To serve, complete with onions, lettuce and bun top.
