Preparation steps

1.

Cut the gouda and Emmentaler cheese into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) cubes. Rinse the grapes and cherry tomatoes and pat dry. Drain the corn well and cut crosswise into thirds. Drain the onions well.

2.

Thickly slice the cornichon. Alternately thread the ingredients onto skewers.

3.

Line the inside of a bowl with several layers of aluminum foil. Invert onto a serving platter and poke the skewers in the foil to form a decorative arrangement. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
