Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and the cucumber into rings. Dice the cheese and drain the mushrooms, olives and cornichons.

2.

Rinse the star fruit and slice. Cut the salami into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) long pieces. Alternate all ingredients on wooden party skewers. Serve in glasses.
