2 small, red Apple
2 tsps lemon juice
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

Cut the Emmentaler into cubes and the pineapple into pieces. Rinse and halve the apples, remove the cores and cut into fine columns. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice.

Season the yogurt with salt and pepper and mix with 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice from the can.

Transfer the apples, cheese and pineapple pieces into a bowl and mix with the yogurt. Infuse for half an hour and then mix with the chopped and grated walnuts. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
