1 Pot, 1 Small pot, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Ladle, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Lid

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a baking dish

Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less time than stated on the pack.

Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour. Cook for 1 minute, then gradually stir in the milk to make a thick sauce. Remove from the heat and stir in most of the cheese.

Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce, tuna and sweetcorn. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Put into the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Garnish with basil and thyme.
