1 Cutting board, 1 Pot, 1 Small knife, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a baking dish

Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less time than stated on the pack.
3.
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour. Cook for 1 minute, then gradually stir in the milk to make a thick sauce. Remove from the heat and stir in most of the cheese.
4.
Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce, tuna and sweetcorn. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Garnish with sage leaves.
