4 large, baking potatoes
2 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp salt
7 ozs Bacon (chopped)
2 ¼ cups grated Gruyere (or cheddar)
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot, 1 Sieve, 2 Bowls, 1 Hand mixer, 1 deep bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 kleine Casserole dish oer 4 Gläser

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7.

Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges and place in a bowl with the oil and salt. Toss well together and place in a baking tin or dish. Cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
3.
Scatter over the bacon and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and golden and the bacon is sizzling and crisp.
4.
Scatter over the grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
