1 Apple
1 packet Vanilla sugar
200 grams Whipped cream
30 grams sugar
50 grams raisins
1 Tbsp Pine nuts

Preparation steps

1.

Cut an "X" into the rounded side of each chestnut. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Whip half of the cream with half of the vanilla sugar until stiff then chill. Drain the chestnuts and peel. Peel the apple, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Combine the apple pieces with the remaining cream and sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly, puree then fold in the whipped cream and raisins. Serve in dessert bowls sprinkled with pine nuts.
