80 grams onions
40 grams butter
800 milliliters Vegetable broth
200 milliliters Whipped cream
100 grams cooked blanched Chestnuts

1 Tbsp finely chopped Kohlrabi (heart leaves)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Peel onions and finely chop. In a correspondingly large pot, melt the butter and sauté the onions and kohlrabi. Pour in the vegetable broth, cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Puree with a hand blender.

Pour in the cream and kohlrabi cubes, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes. Cut the chestnuts into small pieces. Add herbs to soup, season to taste and serve garnished with kohlrabi leaves.
