- 500 grams Brussels sprouts
- 200 grams Chestnuts (chestnuts, canned)
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- ground ginger
- ground chili peppers
- salt
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and clean brussels sprouts, boil in salted water for 10 minutes, rinse under cold water and drain well.
2.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté brussels sprounts and chestnuts for about 5 mintes, seasoning with ginger, ground chiles and salt.
