4 Chicken breasts (each about 100 grams)
400 grams Beef fillet
30 grams fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 can (165 ml unsweetened) Coconut milk
4 Tbsps Chili sauce (sweet)
2 Tbsps soy sauce
long Wooden skewer

Preparation steps

1.

Freeze chicken breasts and beef about 1 hour. Soak wooden skewers in cold water. Peel the ginger root and garlic and chop finely. Mix both with coconut milk, chili sauce and soy sauce.

Cut chicken breasts and beef into thin, elongated slices. Thread 3-4 slices of meat on each of the wooden skewers. Brush with the marinade on both sides and refrigerate, covered, about 1 hour.

Drain skewers and cook until golden brown on the preheated grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
