- 2 Chicken breasts (each 140 grams)
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Tbsps soybean oil
- 3 fresh cilantro
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Lettuce
- 1 handful Mung bean sprouts
- 1 carrot
- 1 Mango
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 50 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- 4 Tortillas
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Trim the zucchini, rinse and cut into 7 cm (3 inch) long pins. Cook both in hot oil in a frying pan for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Add the coriander, take from the heat, season with salt and pepper and let rest for 1-2 minutes. Trim the lettuce, rinse, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the sprouts and drain well. Peel the carrot and finely grate. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and dice.

Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt and orange juice until smooth.

Heat each tortilla in a frying pan 1 minute and remove. Distribute all prepared ingredients on each tortilla and drizzle with the sauce. Roll and serve placed in cardboard container.
