- 8 rosemary
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 generous pinch Chili powder
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 8 bay leaves
Preparation steps

Rinse the rosemary, shake dry and strip the needles from the stems, leaving a few at the end. Finely chop about 1 teaspoon of rosemary needles.
Combine the oil with the chili powder, chopped rosemary and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the lemon in hot water and cut into 8 wedges. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into cubes. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into cubes.

Heat the grill.

Thread the meat onto the skewers alternately with the bell pepper pieces, bay leaves and the rosemary sprigs. End with the lemon wedges.
Brush the spicy oil over the kebabs and grill for about 10 minutes on all sides.
Serve immediately.
