- 600 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 sprigs Lemongrass (only the white and light green sections)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp yellow Curry paste
- 250 milliliters Coconut milk
- 8 sprigs Lemongrass (all)
- Sea salt
- Red pepper flakes
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Cut the lemon grass into thin rings. Peel the garlic and ginger and finely chop together. Mix both with the lemon grass, the curry paste and the coconut milk. Coat the chicken strips and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Remove the outer leaves from the remaining lemongrass stalks and cut the ends into a point for better skewering.

Thread the chicken strips onto the skewers. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and grill for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, while turning. Brush with the marinade regularly during cooking.
Serve hot.
4.
Suggestion: Grill chile peppers, bell peppers and garlic cloves and serve with the kebabs.
