For more fiber, parboiled rice can be replaced by whole grain rice.

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and mix with the soy sauce. Cut the sausages into pieces. Rinse the peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds and white membranes. Then cut into large cubes.

Rinse the sage leaves and shake dry. Cut the white bread into cubes and drizzle with the oil. Cook the rice in salted water according to package directions.

Thread the kebab ingredients alternately onto wooden skewers and cook on the hot grill about 7-10 minutes. Serve with the rice on plates garnished with lemon wedges.
