- 1 ½ cups Buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsps garlic powder (separated)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 24 ozs boneless chicken (cut into 3 cm|1 1/2 inch pieces)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Canola oil (for frying)
Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Small skillet, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Sieve, 1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Piping bag, 1 rechteckige Casserole dish (ca. 2,5 l Inhalt), 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
In a large plastic food storage bag, combine buttermilk, salt, and 1 teaspoon of the garlic powder. Add chicken; seal and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
2.
In another food storage bag combine the flour and remaining 1 teaspoon garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Add the marinated chicken and toss to coat thoroughly.
