4 Tbsps olive oil

10 ozs Chicken breasts (2 chicken breast fillets)
1 sprig thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Wash the basil, shake dry and chop the leaves. Wash nectarine, halve, remove pit, cut nectarine into small cubes. Clean, wash, and chop the zucchini and tomatoes.

Mix basil, nectarine, zucchini and tomato cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

3.

Rinse chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Depending on the thickness, fry the chicken breast fillets for a total of 10-15 minutes at medium heat.

4.

Wash the thyme, shake dry, add to the pan and fry briefly. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and serve with the salsa.
