- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 150 grams)
- 400 milliliters Chicken broth
- 450 grams Snow peas
- 250 grams Ginkgo nut (boxed - Asian)
- 100 grams red Beans (canned)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- Sea salt
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the hot broth and cook for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven.

Rinse the snow peas, cut off the ends and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Blanch in plenty of salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain. Drain the beans and the ginkgo nuts. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the snow peas with the ginkgo nuts and beans briefly and heat. Deglaze with lime juice and season with salt. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and arrange with the vegetables on hot plates.
