Sage scores with various essential oils and is therefore good for health in many ways: The oils are effective for coughs, sore throats and pharyngitis. In addition, the production of bile juices is stimulated and digestion is supported. Besides chicken and ham, mozzarella is an important source of protein. Calcium and phosphorus from the cheese ensure strong bones and healthy teeth.

Quality before quantity: Parma ham is something special and should be left out before an alternative is available. Did you already know? Parma ham is air-dried and, unlike other types of raw ham, it does not contain substances from the smoking process that can have a carcinogenic effect.
