2 Tbsps Peanut oil
4 Tbsps Rice wine
1 l Chicken broth
200 grams Rice noodles (Vermicelli)
light soy sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the meat and cut into thin strips. Rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Set aside some for a garnish. Rinse and thinly slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil. Saute the mushrooms and scallions for 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with the rice wine and broth. Add the meat and rice noodles. Let cook for about 10 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Serve garnished with scallions.
