- 350 grams Chicken breasts
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 4 slices Pineapple (canned)
- 1 can Mandarin orange (175 grams, drained)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 75 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 4 slices Farmhouse bread
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in boiling broth. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove, cool and finely dice. Drain pineapple slices and cut pineapple and mandarins into small cubes. Mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and chicken. Add lemon juice and season with salt. Serve on bread slices.
