1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sweet Chili sauce
1 Tbsp soybean oil
3 cups Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
½ tsp Mustard
½ tsp sugar
White pepper
2 Tbsps olive oil
½ head Iceberg lettuce (approx. 250 g | 5 cups, torn into bite-sized pieces)
1 ⅔ cups Strawberries (sliced)
1 Avocado (cut into strips)

Preparation steps

Mix the soy sauce with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper, ketchup, 1-2 tsp lemon juice and the chilli sauce. Whisk in the soybean oil. Mix the chicken with the marinade, cover and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix together the vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar and a pinch of white pepper and whisk with the olive oil to make a dressing. Mix the lettuce through the dressing and arrange on plates.

Arrange the strawberries on top of the salad. Add the avocado strips and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.
4.
Quickly fry the chicken on all sides in a non-stick frying pan and arrange on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
