Preparation steps

Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds, and finely dice.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Rinse the chilis (remove the seeds if you'd like it to be milder), and finely dice. Add the peppers, garlic, and chilis to a small pot. Add 250 ml (approximately 8 ounces) of water, the vinegar, lime juice, and the sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
