600 grams mixed Berry (such as blueberries, blackberries and redcurrants)
80 grams sugar
50 grams Oats
1 l Buttermilk (chilled)
1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries and pat dry. Set 4 tablespoons aside for decoration. Bring the remaining berries, sugar and 2 tablespoons water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Set 8 teaspoons berry compote aside.

Pour the oatmeal into the warm compote in the pan and let stand for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cold buttermilk and cinnamon and puree. Chill before serving.

4.

Distribute the oatmeal between 4 serving bowls and top with reserved berry compote and fresh berries.
