- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 ½ cups Organic Yogurt
- ⅔ cup cream
- 1 organic lemon (juice)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 2 cups white Bread (cubed)
- 2 ½ Tbsps butter
- 1 red pepper (cut into thin strips)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 4 stalks Celery (sliced)
- ½ Cucumber (peeled and cut into rounds)
- ½ bunch Garlic chive (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and squeeze into the yogurt. Mix in the cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Saute the cubed bread in a pan with the melted butter until golden brown. Remove from the pan and allow to drain on paper towel.
3.
Fill bowls with the yogurt soup and garnish with the peppers. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs. Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve with the croutons.
