Ingredients

4
Ingredients
400 grams Chicken breasts
1 yellow onion
2 red Bell pepper
1 Zucchini
200 grams Broccoli
100 grams Baby corn cob
1 bunch scallions
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Dayong (Chinese spice mixture)
4 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-size cubes. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and white ribs, and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Rinse the zucchini and broccoli, and drain. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and slice into half moons. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

2.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a wok. Add the chicken and cook until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate. Add the onion, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, baby corn, scallions and garlic to the skillet, and cook until tender-crisp. Stir in the chicken cubes. Season with Dayong and soy sauce. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve immediately.
