200 grams Date (pitted)
60 grams dried Banana
2 Tbsps Shredded coconut
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
cocoa powder (for rolling)

Preparation steps

1.

Cover the almonds with boiling water and remove the skins while still warm. Spread onto a clean cloth and allow to dry for at least 1 hour. 

2.

Combine the almonds, dates, dried bananas and coconut in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and knead in the coconut oil. Dampen your hands with water to prevent sticking and roll the mixture into small balls. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
