Nutritional values

Chickpeas contain plenty of calcium. The mineral is an important building block for bones and teeth. The valuable polyphenols from almonds strengthen our cells and the heart.

Dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cocoa content offers plenty of good ingredients and also contains less sugar than the milk variety. So you can enjoy the delicacy with a clear conscience and even do something good for your health. If you also want to collect points for your karma account when shopping, then choose products with the Fair Trade seal in organic quality. By doing so, you support small farmers in the countries of origin and make a conscious decision in favor of sustainable, social and environmentally friendly cultivation conditions.
