- 4 white Gelatin sheet
- 150 grams white Couverture
- 2 eggs (medium)
- 500 grams Quark
- 150 grams chocolate hazelnut spread
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- Maraschino cherry
Preparation steps

Soak gelatin for 5 minutes in cold water. Chop the couverture, place in a metal bowl and melt over the hot water bath. Let cool slightly.

Beat eggs until thick and frothy. Stir in the quark. Add dripping wet gelatin to a pot and simmer over low heat while stirring until dissolved. Stir gelatin into the quark mixture. Finally, stir in the couverture. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and cream to a saucepan and melt over low heat while stirring. Scoop the chilled mousse with 2 moistened tablespoons and arrange in bowls with the sauce. Serve garnished with the cherries.
