Ingredients

For the mousse
150 grams Dark chocolate
1 medium egg
1 packet Bourbon vanilla powder
grated chili peppers
1 generous pinch ground Mace
1 pinch salt
150 milliliters Whipped cream
To garnish
50 grams melted Chocolate
2 red chili peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the mousse, break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a hot water bath.

Mix the egg, vanilla sugar and spices over a warm water bath until creamy. Stir in the melted chocolate. Stir the mixture over a cold water bath until lukewarm.

Whip the cream and fold into the chocolate mixture. Let chill overnight.

4.

For the garnish, pour the melted chocolate into a small pastry bag. Splash a heart on each plate. Place the chocolate mousse in the center. Serve garnished with a chile pepper.
