- 16 ozs lean Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)
- 4 Hamburger bun (split)
- 1 ripe Tomato (rinsed and sliced)
- Lettuce (rinsed and dried)
- 4 slices sweet onions
Preparation steps

Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl place ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, paprika. salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix and knead the mixture. Divide into 4 even portions and shape into patties.

Lightly oil grill rack. Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer registers 155ºF.

Assemble the burgers on hamburger buns, and add tomato, lettuce and onion slices. Top with your favorite condiment, ketchup, relish, mayonnaise, etc.
