- 12 slices Toast
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1 Celery
- 1 Avocado
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps Ketchup
- salt
- lemon juice
- cayenne pepper
- 200 grams shrimp (cooked)
- Chervil (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Toast the bread and cut in half into triangles. Rinse the lettuce, trim, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse, trim and thinly slice the celery. Peel the avocado, halve, pit and dice.

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and season with salt, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir in the celery, avocado and shrimp. Place the lettuce leaves on half of the toast triangles, top with shrimp mixture and place a second toast on top. Stack 3 sandwiches on top of each other, secure with a wooden stick and garnish with chervil.
