1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
2 ½ cups fresh, white gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsps dried marjoram
salt

4 Salmon steak

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking dish.
2.
Melt the butter in a pan and gently cook the garlic for 1 minute.
3.
Remove from the heat, add the breadcrumbs and stir until they have absorbed the butter. Stir in the herbs and season with a little salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
4.
Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper and brush with a little olive oil.
5.
Press the cooled herb mixture onto the salmon bone side up.
6.
Put the salmon in the baking dish and cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
7.
Serve with green beans and brown rice.
