- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.333 cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (diced)
- ¾ cup Peanut butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup blackberry jam
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Line 2-3 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt. Set aside.

Beat together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and light brown sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Beat in the egg and vanilla until blended. Gradually add the flour mixture until incorporated.

Form the dough into small balls. Arrange 5 balls of dough, evenly apart, on each baking tray. Using the thin end of a wooden spoon, make a hole in the centre of each ball, about 1cm|1/2" deep. Spoon 1 teaspoon of jam into each hole.
6.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the dough has spread and the surface of the cookies are crackled. Cool on the baking trays for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
