- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking powder
- ⅕ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 Tbsp chopped Pecan
- 1 egg white
- ½ cup 2% milk
- ¼ cup chopped Strawberries
- 3 Tbsps sliced almonds
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Place paper cases (or line with greaseproof paper) in 6 muffin tins.

Stir together the oats, flour, baking powder and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.

Mix together the raisins, pecans, egg white, milk and strawberries and stir into the dry mixture until just combined.
4.
Divide the mixture between the paper cases and sprinkle with almonds.
5.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
