- 8 ripe red Apple
- 500 grams sugar
- 100 grams Shredded coconut
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apples, pat dry and poke a wooden skewer through the top. In a saucepan heat the sugar with 5 tablespoons water and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the syrup from the pan and turn the apples in it. Then roll them in coconut and let it dry.
