2 chopped shallots
1 chopped garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
4 Tbsps Coconut flakes
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 l Chicken broth
100 milliliters Sparkling wine
200 milliliters Coconut milk
salt
cayenne pepper
garnish
1 tsp
6 Tbsps Whipped cream
planed Coconut

Preparation steps

1.

Saute the shallots and garlic in hot butter until translucent. Stir in the curry and coconut flakes. Deglaze with the broth and coconut milk. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

2.

Pour in the sparkling wine and season to taste with cayenne and salt. Pour into soup bowls. Serve garnished with breadcrumbs, whipped cream and coconut.
