- 50 grams Coconut flakes (from the health food store, substitute grated coconut)
- 4 Banana
- 400 grams honeydew melon
- 150 grams coarse Oats
- 500 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 2 packets Vanilla sugar
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the coconut flakes lightly in a dry skillet.

Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Chop the melon into small pieces.
Mix the fruit, coconut flakes and oats together in a bowl.

Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and spoon onto the fruit muesli. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
