Drain sun dried tomatoes, finely chop drained capers. Peel shallot and garlic, dice both finely. Rinse parsley, shake dry and pluck off leaves, chop. Combine all prepared ingredients with lemon zest.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Rinse fish, pat dry and place each on a sufficiently large piece of parchment paper. Season on both sides with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
