The oven to 180 ° C preheat.

Cut cod fillets into cubes and mix with lemon juice. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cook for 25 minutes in salted water and drain. Place 1/3 of potatoes into a bowl and mash. Add fish broth to mashed potatoes and heat through. Combine mascarpone with eggs and cornstarch, add to mashed potatoes. Season with cumin and pepper. Combine with cubed potatoes and cod cubes and arrange in 4 buttered ramekins. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve.
