600 grams small Beets
600 milliliters freshly brewed Coffee
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
juice of Oranges
2 Tbsps

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the beet. Bring the coffee and bay leaves to a boil. Add the beat, and cook for 35 minutes. Drain the beet, cool slightly, and cut into quarters. 

2.

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the beet, and sauté breifly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the orange juice and lingonberry sauce, and let reduce slightly.
