Lime Infused Water

Nutritional values
The refreshing drink contains much less sugar than purchased soft drinks - and provides a good tenth of the daily vitamin C requirement per glass. The small berries are not only a visual highlight of the non-alcoholic cocktail, but also bring antioxidants into play that protect our cells from free radicals.
Especially in midsummer, it is best to prepare the refreshing drink with a mineral water rich in minerals (more than 1500 mg minerals per litre) to compensate for mineral losses due to sweating. Depending on your preference, you can also fill the ice cubes with other fruits such as pieces of lime or melon. If you use a light juice, such as apple or lemon juice, you can pour it over the fruit instead of water and then freeze it.
